On the Spring Lantern Festival, Artistic Director XIN Lili and Shanghai Ballet dancers will be showcasing a live ballet class at Guidance Center for Culture & Arts of Pudong New Area.

Key speaker XIN Lili will give a lecture on her career, the ebbs and flows in this performance profession, and allow the audience a closer look into ballet and its beauty and strength. Dancers will be showcasing their daily training routine, and pieces from Shanghai Ballet's classical and contemporary repertoire. The audience can appreciate the elegant art of ballet from a deep and profound perspective, from Western classics, Chinese originals, to modern and periodical themed ballets.
