ShangHai Ballet Principal Dancer First-class Dancer

Entering the Shanghai Dance School in 2005, GONG became a dancer of the Shanghai Ballet after his graduation in 2012.

GONG has played principal roles inseveral full length ballet productions, such as The White-Haired Girl, The Nutcracker£¨the Shanghai Grand Theatre’s Version£©.He has danced important roles inHamlet, Romeo And Juliet, The Sleeping Beauty£¨Shanghai Ballet Version£©and The Lady of the Camellias, and performed important solos and leading dances in Swan Lake and Giselle, and also performed in Bright Red Star, Coppelia£¬Jane Eyre, Echoes of Eternity, The Last Mission of Marco Polo, The Burning Youth, and Le Fantôme de L'opéra.

He won the 3rd prize at 3rd Beijing International Ballet Invitational for Dance Schools in 2010. He won the Bronze Medal Award at 2nd Beijing International Ballet and Choreography Competition in 2013. He won the Silver Award at 5th Shanghai International Ballet Competition in 2016. He won the Silver Award at 6th South Africa International Ballet Competition in 2018.
