| Right after the long holidays of National Day, Shanghai Ballet gave
four shows of festival programs at Shanghai Institute of Foreign Trade,
Shanghai Tongji University, and Shanghai Science & Technology
University. On October 15 & 16, the company staged Swan Lake
at Shanghai Majestic Theater, which is choreographed by Derek Deane,
former artistic director of English National Ballet. With English
classical ballet style, this production is full of elegance and delicacy.
To celebrate 25th Anniversary of its founding, the company put forward
not only performance series, but also favorable ticket price. Retired
