I. Domestic Competition
August 1980, CHEN Weimu won the First Acting Award Woman in 1st National
Dance Competition, while YANG Xinhua won First Acting Award Man Junior
Division.
April 1982, DU Hongling won the First Prize in the 1st Dance Competition
of 6 Provinces and 1 City of East China.
November 1984, DU Hongling and YANG Xinhua won the First Prize Woman
& Man respectively in 2nd Dance Competition of 6 Provinces and
1 City of East China.
1985, DU Hongling won the First Prize Woman Senior Division of pas
de duex in 1st National Ballet Competition.
October 1987, WU Minhai won the First Award Man Senior Division of
solo in 2nd National Ballet Competition.
1999, FU Shu got the First Prize Woman in Tao Li Cup National Dance
Competition.
II. International Competition
1980, WANG Qifeng and LIN Jianwei ranked No.14 of pas de deux in
3rd Japan Osaka International Ballet Competition, which was the
first international ballet competition medal of China.
June 1982, WANG Qifeng got the Special Award of Best Acting in 2nd
USA Jackson International Ballet Competition.
September 1984, YANG Xinhua won the Individual Prize Man in 4th
Osaka International Ballet Competition, Japan.
October 1984, WANG Qifeng got the Paris Opera Development Association
Award in 1st Paris International Ballet Competition, France.
June 1987, XIN Lili won the Silver Medal in 2nd New York International
Ballet Competition, while YANG Xinhua got the Bronze Medal.
August 1987, CAI Lijun won the First Prize in Senior Division of
5th Japan National Ballet Competition and First Asia-Pacific Region
Ballet Competition, and she was awarded Cultural Minister Award
of Japan & Tokyo City Mayor Award.
January 1988, ZHANG Li and SHI Hui were the Gold Prize Winners of
pas de deux in the 7th France Classic Dance (Ballet) Championship
and ZHANG Li was awarded the Best Ballerina of pas de deux.
November 1988, XIN Lili and YANG Xinhua won the First Prize of pas
de deux in 3rd Paris International Ballet Competition, France, while
CAI Lijun won Second Prize of solo.
June 1994, ZHANG Weiying won the Scholarship Award, Junior Division
in 5th Jackson International Ballet Competition.
November 1994, SUN Xiaojun won the Special Encouragement Award in
6th Paris International Ballet Competition, France.
October 1995, in 1st Shanghai International Ballet Competition,
FAN Xiaofeng won the Silver Medal Woman Junior Division and SUN
Shenyi won Bronze Medal Man Junior Division and ZHANG Weiying won
the Jury Special Award of Encouragement.
July 1996, SUN Shenyi won the Third Award Man Junior Division in
17th Varna International Ballet Competition.
July 2000, FAN Xiaofeng and SUN Shenyi won the Gold Medals both
Woman & Man Senior Division respectively in 19th Varna International
Ballet Competition.
December 2000, JI Pingping won the Gold Medal Woman Senior Division
in 9th Paris International Ballet Competition, France and FU Shu
got the Silver.
August 2001, SUN Shenyi won the First Prize Man Senior Division
in 2nd Shanghai International Ballet Competition. FAN Xiaofeng won
the Second Prize Woman Senior Division. KE Da won the Second Prize
Man Senior Division. And FAN Xiaofeng and SUN Shenyi won the Best
Couple Award.
June 2004, in the 3rd Shanghai International Ballet Competition,
YU Xiaowei and KE Da won the First Prizes respectively in Senior
Division, and WU Husheng won Jury Special Award.
